I just came across this website (http://www.bitsdujour.com/), which has an offer today (8/16/2007) for 50% off its digital watermarking software, uMark ($10 after discount). It is compatible with Windows XP and other Windows software (not Mac OSX, but Intel Macs can run it in a few different ways).
I learned about this special from the excellent website and podcast: TPN: The Digital Photography Show. A very good native Mac OSX application (they also have a Windows version) that I’ve used is called iWatermark. You can try all of the applications before buying.
