NEWS: The Podcast & Portable Media Expo Coming Soon (September 29-30)

Last year (Nov. 10-12, 2005) I attended the first Portable Media Expo & Podcasting Conference (Now called the Podcast & Portable Media Expo) in Ontario, California. It was amazing. I met so many fantastic people from the world of podcasting, music and media, including …prepare for some name dropping…Chris Breen, Laura Burstein, Michael Butler, C.C. Chapman, Todd Cochrane, Paul Colligan, Adam Curry, Paul Figgiani, Dave Hamilton, Jeremy Horwitz, Mark Hunter, Leo Laporte, David Lawrence, Dennis Lloyd, Brother Love, Franklin McMahon, Ken Ray, Scott Sheppard, Phil Torrone, Rob Walsh, Ben Williams and many, many more. The software used to produce the slide show is Soundslides. I highly recommend it for its flexibility and ease of use. It’s available for Mac or Windows.
