I’m happy to announce an upcoming show of my pigment inkjet prints in New Brunswick, NJ from 8/28-9/16/2009. New York City and Japan are places that have had a profound effect on me. In the case of NYC, it started at about age 5, and in the case of Japan, age 18. In this show, I include about 25 images from both places, from 20×24 framed prints to 40×70 inch prints on canvas.
Below is the show information:

I recently received this announcement and wanted to share it (especially with those who may be in the area where this show will be held). Thomas Kellner is a visual artist based in Siegen, Germany. Though normally closed on Sundays, I recently asked the folks at Alfa Art Gallery, the gallery where I currently have a show on exhibit, to open their doors this Sunday from noon to 4pm. At 3:00pm I will give a short presentation about the work on display, which is a collection of New York City landmarks. The printing processes I chose for this show include canvas, fiber semi-gloss, and watercolor papers. All of the canvas pieces were printed on an HP Designjet Z3100, and all the prints on paper were made with an Epson Stylus Pro 3800
Here is a quick overview of the time and location:
