Mac OSX 11 application bundle available for $49. Expires Friday 7/19.
A few days ago I received an e-mail from Scott Sheppard at Inside Mac Media, notifying me about a bundle of Mac OSX software from MacUpdate.com for $49. I checked it out and decided to make the purchase because I can see how I could use at least half of the programs. I already own Cocktail, which I highly recommend. The retail value of the 11 application bundle is $441.82, and the cost is $49.
Here is a list of the applications: TechTool Pro, Intaglio, Little Snitch, GraphicConverter, Fetch, iWOW, GarageSale, Cocktail, ProfCast, Amadeus Pro and PhotoPresenter.
According to the website, the offer expires Noon Friday Eastern Standard Time, 7/19/2007.

WordCamp 2007 to take place 7/21-22 in San Francisco
I just learned about WordCamp 2007, being held Sat/Sun 7/21-22 at Swedish American Hall in San Francisco. I have multiple blogs powered by WordPress, and I’m a huge fan of the software, as well as the community that helps to improve its features. It is a 2 day event and looks to be a great place to learn and meet other bloggers and podcasters. The cost is $25 per person for the two day conference. One of the speakers will be Dan Kuykendall from Mightyseek.com (makers of podPress, a popular WordPress plug-in for publishing podcasts via RSS feeds). He will be speaking at 10am on Saturday about podcasting and podPress. Wish I could be there, but I’m over here on the East Coast and won’t be able to make the trip. I’m a very big fan of audio and video podcasts. I’ve learned a tremendous amount and have made many new friends because of podcasting.
